Data Collection
IntervalAI is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our workout parsing service. This includes the workout descriptions you enter for parsing, as well as your pace zone settings and preferences. We also collect anonymized app usage analytics and crash reports to improve app stability.
AI Processing
When you use our workout parsing feature, your workout text is sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing. This data is processed in real-time. No personal information is included in these requests, only your workout text and pace zone settings.
Local Storage
Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. Parsed workouts are saved in your device's local database, and pace settings and preferences are stored locally as well. API keys are securely stored in iOS Keychain. iCloud sync is optional and can be disabled.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except for AI processing as described above, anonymous usage analytics to improve the app, and as required by law or to protect our rights.
Your Rights
You have control over your data. You can delete workouts at any time within the app, disable iCloud sync in Settings, request account deletion by contacting us, or export your workout data.
